Swimming Pool

Our student-athletes train at the top-level Nuoto Aurelia. Located close by our Rome City training center, the swimming pool is a part of Rome City’s weekly training routine.

Injury prevention and recovery are key concepts in the life of a professional athlete. It’s been proven how swimming is the ideal active recovery exercise, and that’s why Rome City coaches have weekly sessions with our athletes.

Performing active recovery in a pool helps to reduce soreness, flushes out lactic acid and prevents a drop off in performance.
