Rome City Institute operates a rolling admissions process with preference given to early applicants. In order to meet student visa deadlines, Non-EU/EEA students are encouraged to complete their applications at least three months before the start of the semester.

Prep Academy-Program Requirements

• Middle school diploma
• Minimum GPA of 2.5 (if slightly lower, additional documentation will be required);
• English proficiency (non-english speaker) TOEFL iBT 85, IELTS 6.5, Duolingo 105 or through a mandatory interview with the admissions department.

Undergraduate-Program Requirements

• High School Diploma;
• Minimum GPA of 2.8 for degree-seeking students and 2.5 for non-degree seeking students (if slightly lower, additional documentation will be required);
• English proficiency (non-english speaker) TOEFL iBT 85, IELTS 6.5, Duolingo 105

Graduate Program Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree or at least 96 college credit hours;
• Minimum GPA of 2.5(if slightly lower, additional documentation will be required);
• English proficiency (non-english speaker) TOEFL iBT 85, IELTS 6.5, Duolingo 105.
