What You'll Need to Apply

General requirements for admission. Each program may have additional or slightly different criteria — your admissions counselor will confirm exactly what applies to you.

Rome City Institute operates a rolling admissions process, with preference given to early applicants. To meet student visa deadlines, non-EU/EEA students are encouraged to complete their application at least three months before the start of the semester.

General Requirements

  • ✓ High school diploma (or equivalent for graduate programs)
  • ✓ Minimum GPA of 2.8 (if slightly lower, additional documentation will be required)
  • ✓ English proficiency for non-native speakers: TOEFL iBT 79, IELTS 6.5, or Duolingo 105

What to Prepare

  • ✓ Academic transcripts
  • ✓ Passport copy
  • ✓ Athletic profile or highlight reel (for student-athletes)
