We make it easy for you

Our admission process is straight forward, and it involves three simple steps: application process, profile evaluation, admission documents.


You will be assisted by our admission department the whole time and will be guided through each step.

Application Process

Apply online for free and start the application process.
You will be contacted by our admission department to schedule an initial phone interview followed by the collection of additional documentation.

Profile Evaluation

Once your profile is complete, the admission department will carefully evaluate your application and automatically assign scholarship awards if eligible. You will receive an official offer within 7 days if you are admitted into the program.

Admission Documents

You will receive the admission paperwork once and if you decide to commit to Rome City. An initial deposit is required to reserve your spot at Rome City and lock-in your scholarships. Non-EU citizens will be guided through the student visa process.

STUDENT VISA PROCESS

Non-EU/EAA Citizens

will be required to apply for a student visa in their home country. This process can get tedious and that is why a person from our staff will personally guide you through each step and will provide you with the necessary information.

EU/EAA Citizens

do not need any type of visa. You are ready to enter Italy and our program if you hold a European passport. You will still be required to apply for a permit to stay once in Italy and this process will be supervised by us.
