Our 4-year Bachelor Degree in Political Science and International Relations offers historical, political anthropological, legal and geo-strategic knowledge, which is fundamental for orienting oneself and interpreting political phenomena in their various dimensions. Students will have the opportunity to write on various thematic blogs such as Geohub, an online space for in-depth study of international political issues, run by students in the degree program.
The Bachelor Degree in International Business is designed for students pursuing a career in global business management in a variety of settings including for profit and not-for-profit organizations, industry and government.
Deepen human understanding of the forms and nature of political action and to develop theoretical tools for interpreting politically meaningful phenomena. The discipline deals with the traditional fields of public national life, such as democracy, parliaments, politicians, elections and the government from a global point of view.
Demonstrate Discipline-Specific Knowledge. Based on a fundamental understanding of political institutions, processes, and actors, students will use concepts and theories to argue effectively about politics.
Think Critically. Systematically apply sound logic and valid evidence to the analysis of politics.
Research Effectively. Produce coherent independent research about politics by relying on both primary and secondary sources.
Communicate Effectively. Compose written work that is analytically sound, clear, and persuasive. Orally communicate political science findings and arguments in a coherent and persuasive manner.
Attain Civic Literacy. Draw reasoned conclusions about the practical and normative implications of governing decisions made in contemporary and historical contexts.
Use electronic and traditional library resources to research key local, state, national and international policy issues and present results.
Evaluate contemporary issues in light of different research methods and theories of Comparative Politics.
