Refund Policy

A summary of how refunds work for deposits, tuition, housing, meal plans, and fees. This same policy is also included on your financial offer.

Initial Deposit

Not Refundable

The initial deposit paid upon notification of acceptance is not refundable.

Refundable Before Arrival

100% fees refund if the student opts out before arrival — except for the administrative fee, which is non-refundable.

Tuition Refund

Based on when the student opts out relative to the start of classes each semester (initial deposit not included).

If a student confirms attendance for the second semester and pays the required initial deposit, but later decides not to return, this same policy still applies — based on the Spring entry deadlines.

  • Meal plan: 100% refund (minus any used amount) if the student opts out within the first two full weeks of the first semester; no refund or discount after that.
  • Unused meal plan funds from the first semester carry over to the second semester of the same academic year.
  • Any funds remaining at the end of the second semester can be used at the school bar or shop, if the student notifies the school office at least two weeks before the semester ends.
