*Any arrival out of the given timeframe won’t receive RCI airport pick up and will be expected to check-in at campus the following day (students who are not housing with RCI will have no pick-up from the airport).

**In order to attend practice and compete in sport in Italy a Physical Exam must be completed. (This certification is valid for one year from the date completed).

*** For students who are signed to an external sports club will have a different playing schedule and may not have the same fall or winter break due to club commitments.
