This is the perfect occasion to improve your skills on the field, court, or pitch, while experiencing what it means to play your sport abroad. Each Summer Experience combines professional training with life in the Eternal City, staying at our campus or the Rome City Prep Academy, and training under the same coaching staff and facilities that support our full-time student-athletes all year round. Whether you are chasing a spot on an Italian club roster or simply want a summer of high-level training in one of the world’s most iconic cities, there is a program built for you below, each with its own coaching staff, schedule, and pricing.
Train and be evaluated by coaches from Serie A, in partnership with Lega Serie A. Separate programs for boys 14+ and an invite-only girls’ program.

Learn More →Every Summer Experience is run by the same coaching staff, facilities, and campus that support Rome City Institute’s full-time student-athletes. Athletes train Monday through Friday under professional or federation-licensed coaches, stay at the Rome City Prep Academy or in accommodation in the heart of Rome, and combine intensive training with cultural excursions across the Eternal City. For our most competitive campers, it is also a genuine opportunity to be evaluated for potential future enrollment or recruitment.
Training: Five days a week under professional or federation-licensed coaching staff, with strength & conditioning support from the Rome City Performance Department.
Living: Full accommodation and meals available at the Rome City Prep Academy, with options for players who prefer to stay independently or with a parent.
Culture: Chaperoned excursions to Rome’s most iconic landmarks, from the Colosseum and Vatican to the city’s beaches, alongside full training gear and an international peer group.
